Due to the Lunar New Year of some Asian countries, our HK warehouse and some overseas warehouses will be closed during the public holidays, as shown in the table below.
Please note that no parcel will be received, checked in or sent out during the closure of the warehouses. Thank you for your patience and consideration.
While 25 January to 28 January is Public Holiday in Hong Kong, respond time of customer service may be affected and will resume normal on 29 January. Thank you for your understanding.
